REFUND
Thank you for supporting Charlotte's Berries. We endeavour to supply you with the best quality produce at all time.
In the case that you do receive an item that is below our top standard please do let us know by emailing us at charlottesberriesnz@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Please include photos with your email of the item.
We will assess the item and provide a full refund if deemed and agreed by us to be of poor quality. Please note that if online ordering of any frozen products thaw or defrost after leaving our premises they will not be considered as our responsibility.
If payment has been made by you and a refund is required we do require your bank account details to be emailed through so that the refund can be actioned.
We always appreciate your feedback on any items and any part of our service and we thank you for your understanding and support.
MISSING ITEMS:
Whilst we take the utmost care in packing your purchases we are only human and errors can occasionally occur. If we do miss an item from your order please do advise us as soon as you can by using the email above.
We will then assess and either credit or refund you the amount of the item.
PRODUCT WEIGHTS:
Due to the large variance of unit weights found in some types of produce, the exact weight of produce items may not exactly match what was ordered. A tolerance of up to 10% should be expected in weighed produce items. Where ever possible we will endeavour to balance under supply on one item with over supply of others, so order value remains similar.
CHANGE IN ITEMS:
We may occasionally have to update the items in an order due to unavailability on the day of a certain item. This may be caused by weather conditions and other orders during the week. We do try to limit this as much as possible but we retain the right to change these items without notifying you, the customer.
Please do not rely on items to be in your order as they are all subject to availability.
CANCELLATION:
We are unable to cancel any orders once they have been placed. We are able to update the delivery date (within reason, and subject to order change) up until the time of the cut off for the order placed.
CREDIT CARDS/PAYMENT:
We require pre-payment for all orders through internet banking. We DO NOT accept credit card payments. If the money has not come through by the time of the cut off for each order we retain the right to cancel the order.
