When you place an order with Charlotte's Berries for our delicious frozen fruit, you have the option to make the payment when you collect your order or through online banking. Please note that we do not accept credit card payments. Once we confirm your order, either by phone or email, kindly let us know if you would like to pay using online banking. Orders for Kaiapoi Saturday Market must be placed by Friday at 3pm. Direct market purchases can also be made at the Kaiapoi Saturday Market, Charles Street, Kaiapoi.
To complete your online order with Charlotte's Berries, we will provide you with our bank account number for the payment transfer. Please note that the funds must be cleared and visible in our account before your order can be processed and made available for you. When you complete your details on the shopping cart, don't forget to type in your method of payment (on pick-up or online banking). We'll confirm these details with you either by phone or email.
